What is significant about now hosting the retreat in November, rather than in May?

Several individuals experience heightened levels of grief during this time. Many people deal with the 'Holiday Blues' or Seasonal Affective Disorder/Depression. Often times it is difficult to cope with and implement appropriate boundaries with intrusive family and friends during the holidays.

This is why it is important to have a safe space for intensive therapeutic techniques, rejuvenation, relaxation and healing prior to the holidays.

How can I secure my spot for the retreat this year?

In order to register, you may pay the full registration fee at one time or a minimum deposit of $250. ​

How often is the retreat hosted?
-
The Rejuvenation Retreat is now hosted on a bi-yearly basis. Originally termed 'The Restoration and Relaxation Retreat' and 'The Professional Retreat' in 2023 we rebranded our 1-3 day retreats to The Rejuvenation Retreat and are excited to have you again, if it is not your first time, and welcome you if it is! ​

Can I choose to pay with an installment plan?

Yes! You can choose to pay with an installment plan as long as the remaining payments are paid on time and the full balance is paid by November 01, 2025. ​​

Installment plans require a $250 deposit as an initial payment and then there are options to pay $200, $300, $400 or any amount you'd like weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly by returning to this site to pay each installment.

Monthly emails will also be sent out to installment registrants to keep you up to date on the remaining balance beginning in July 2025.

Since the final payment may not be a whole even number, use the "purchase tickets" link to pay your final amount.

How old do I have to be to attend?

In order to reserve a resort room with our rooming accommodations, you must be 21 years old. ​

Am I able to choose my own roommate for the double occupancy options?​​

Yes. If you have already chosen your own roommate, when each of you register, enter your roommate's name in the comment section. You can also email us at info@thesunshineshaven.com.​​

Can I bring others with me who are not attending the retreat?
-
If you will be registering for single occupancy, yes. There are double beds or one king bed. However, ​your guest will not have access to the retreat unless they are a registered attendee.

Are refunds or transfers allowed?
-
Refunds will be allowed if you are unable to attend the retreat through September 1, 2025. Refunds will, however, incur a 15% service fee that will be deducted. Any time after 09.01.2025, refunds will not be issued.

Transfers will be allowed up until October 13, 2025. If you are no longer able to attend, you may find someone to transfer your registration and rooming accommodations to prior to 10.13.2025. ​
